Instructions to make Dabha Style Fry Mash Daal:
  1. Take a Pan and add Soaked Dal Mash (With 2 cups of Water) and Boiled it till tender. It shouldn't be too soft.Turn off the flame and keep aside.
  2. Now take another Pan and add 1/4 Cup ghee and add Onion and fry it until light pink color, add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Saute for a while then add garlic Paste, ginger chopped and stir it,
  3. Add turmeric powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, crushed red chilli, coriander powder.and some chopped green chillies. Stir it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
  4. After that add Boiled Dal Mash and mix it well and add 1/2 cup water, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Now Open the lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well.
  6. For baghar heat 1/4 cup ghee in a pan and add sliced onion when it turns golden add cumin seeds
  7. Cook for 30 seconds and pour this on the cooked daal.
  8. Now your Fry Dal Mash is ready. Serve it with Green Chillies, Ginger Julian cut, Green Coriander and Lemon.
