Steps to make Chicken 65:
  1. Marinate the boneless chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under marination masala, egg, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Set aside for 1 hr and then deep fry the chicken pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add the curry leaves, green chillies and chopped garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add the onions and capsicum pieces. Stir well. Add the curd and red food colour.
  4. Cook till the water is absorbed. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Enjoy!
