  1. Soak 8-10 seedless dates in a bowl for 15 -min then grind dates for making paste
  2. Soak 4tbsp Tamarind in 2-3 tbsp water fot 10 min after 10 min remove seeds and make thick pulp
  3. Take Grinder and add all ingrendients Grind them for 2-3 min
  4. It stays good in the fridge for 5-6 days
