- Take a pan and add butter and oil in medium heat. Once heated add cumin seeds, red chilli and bay leaf.

- Now add boiled potatoes, capsicum, grated beet root and mix well sauté for few seconds.
- Add cooked rice and salt to taste. Properly mix
