- Prepare 8 Eggs
- Get 1/2 cup Milk
- Make ready 1/2 cup Chopped prosciutto

- Preheat your broiler. In a medium bowl mix eggs lightly beaten, milk, prosciutto, 1 tablespoons of basil, salt, pepper. Mix up and set a side
- In a large broiler safe skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes cook 1-2 minutes stirring once or twice
- Transfer to plate or bowl
- In same skillet cook Cauliflower onion and the other tablespoon of basil. As the cauliflower cooks break into smaller pieces with spatula
- When the cauliflower is cooked pour in egg mixture
- As it starts to set move the sides with a spatula so the top can run Down and cook
- When its cooked enough the top will be a little moist still sprinkle with cheese and put in broiler for 1-3 minutes
- After done add the tomatoes on top let set (I didn't that's y mine is messy) using a pie server serve in pie shaped slices and enjoy!
