  1. Boil Soyabean for 5 minutes and stain. Grate one beet. Chopped one beet. Add oil to pan. Add kolonji and red chilli. After 5 seconds add garlic. Add chopped onion. After 1 minute add chopped beetroot. Saute for 3 minutes.
  2. Add Soyabean,salt, turmeric powder. Cook for 3 minutes. Add grated beetroot,soya sauce, black pepper powder. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add rice and after 2 minutes add salt, sugar and garam masala powder. Mix well and ready to serve.
