  2. Turn oven to 180 degrees celsius, in a hot pan add oil oil onions, cook until translucent, add spinach, seasoning, mix set aside. Once cool, layer spinach on pastry, top with cheese, pour egg mix and bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven, rest for 10 minutes and serve.
