- Take 1 pressure cooker heat oil add dry spices saute once get fragnant add onion once get transculent add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste dry masala garam masala and saute till oil release. Add washed soaked dal and mutton together and mix it add coriander leaves mint leaves add 3 glass water and cook upto 5 whistle. You can add water accordingly. Once pressure cools down open it and mix it
- Chicken 65- take a bowl add chicken 65 add 1 egg, ginger garlic paste salt chilli chicken masala,soya sauce corn flour, maida mix it and keep aside. Take a deep pan for frying oil. Once get heat add chicken and deep fry it. Cook and fry both sides
- Take a deep vessel to boil water add dry spices salt add 5 cup water to get boil once water boil add1 lemon juice and 1 tsp oil add rice and cook once rice get cooked strain the water and keep aside. Again you can heat in a pot while serving time
- Serve everything in a plate. Take dal Gosht in a serving bowl serve rice, chapatti salad and papad. So lunch Thali is ready
