- Firstly I have cut beetroot, onion,garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomato into pieces. Then I have created one mixture of flour,atta,suji & rice flower & water quantity wise.
- I have added chopped veggies in to the mixture & kept for 15-20 mins. Then took one frying pan & put some vegetable oil.
- Then after hearing the oil & I have fried the mixture as in Uttapam shape & served those
