Instructions to make Puliyogare Shots:
  1. In a mixing vessel put in cooked rice, Put in turmeric powder, oil to bind the masala, Ready Puliyogare pulp. Mix well & mash it to paste for making balls
  2. Make a soft non-sticky dough balls. keep aside.now pinch a ball sized pulivogary mixture and flatten slightly. - place a cubed sized cheese in the centre.• •Get the edges together and stuff the cheese well. - form a smooth ball, making sure there are no cracks. - further, Dip the balls in cornstarch paste & coat it immediately with breadcrumbs & Corn flakes crushed powder. Once the balls are ready keep in fridge for 10 mins for setting
  3. In a bowl put the ready coriander chutney & add the fresh curd, mix them well & keep it aside
  4. Remove the Ready pilivogary balls from fridge,Heat oil & Start frying them till golden brown. On a Tissue paper let the fried puliyogare balls get off extra oil
  5. Jhatpat Puliyogare Shots are ready to be served with yogurt dip, serve them accordingly with garnishing. kids love them with mayonnaise
