- Marinate the boneless chicken with curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt and rice flour. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Now heat a pan with oil in high flame and put the marinate chicken one by one to make a deep fry. One all the strips of chicken are fried nicely then keep them aside.
- Now pour Curry leaves,grated garlic and green chillies in hot oil and stir well until the garlic turns reddish brown. Now add the fried chicken pieces into the pan and stir well. Then add black pepper powder and garlic tamarind sauce and stir well so that the sauce gets thickly coated to the chicken.
- Finally your lip smacking Chicken65 is ready to be served.
