  4. On a clean surface,knead the dough for 5-10 mins till the dough becomes glossy and elastic.
  5. Divide into 20 equal portions and brush oil top to avoid a dry crust then cover with a clean kitchen towel
  6. Let them rise till double in size for atmost an hour.
  7. Heat oil on medium heat not very hot then deep-fry them as you keep turning them in order to cook evenly.
  8. When they have nicely browned remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and put in a colander to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve with coffee☕
