  2. Prepare 2 tsp oil

  1. Boil beetroot in 3/4 cup of water upto 4 to 5 whistles. Keep on slow flame for another 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the boiled beetroot in a mixture jar.
  3. Mix all the above ingredients and knead a soft dough for puri.
  4. Grease the dough with oil. Take oil in a kadai/wok and put on the stove to heat up.
  5. Make small balls and roll out the Puris.
  6. Fry the Puris on high flame.
  7. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
