- Marinate the boiled potato slices with salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, corn flour and little water mix it throughly. Keep it aside for one minute. Then heat oil in a kadai fry both sides of the potato slices till it reaches light brown in colour. Make crispy potato
- Heat honey in a kadai cook for 1/2 minute then add lemon juice, salt to taste, chopped chilli, lemon zest mix it immediately add fried crispy potato in it and toss it.
- Sprinkle the white and black sesame seeds and coriander leaves chopped. Serve hot.
