- First For making crystal paper dough add both flour and salt in a bowl and knead a dough with hot water…Use tsp of oil while kneading and make dough…Cover it with plastic wrap and keep aside for 10min.
- Meanwhile prepare a steamer to preheat and grease a steamer plate with oil.
- Take a prepared dough…Roll out…And cut it into pieces…Make them round and cover with plastic wrap. (Shouldn't be dry)… Sprinkle some flour on board and roll it with rolling pin (roti sized) place it on steamer plate… cover it and cook for 7-8 min…The skin will turn clear when they are steamed.
- Now for chickpeas+ cottage filling…Mix all ingredients in a bowl and grill for 10min… Filling is ready..
- Now Take a prepared crystal paper roll… Spread green chutney over it… place chickpeas filling…Roll it and secure with toothpick.
- For making fruits wrap– same take crystal paper roll…Place chopped fruits…make a packet..And secure it with toothpick.
- For egg bhurji filling–.In a bowl whisk eggs…Heat a pan with 1tsp of oil and pour beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked…Add salt and pepper…Mix and switch off the flame…Let it cool a bit..Add finely chopped tomatoes..Mix..And keep aside.
- Now take a prepared small piece of dough..Roll it with rolling pin (puri sized)..Place egg filling on one side…Cover it and seal the edges with the help of little water…Give it a shape as shown in this pic…And in same way place them on steamer plate… cover It….And cook for 7-8 min.
- Crystal paper wraps and rolls are ready…Dunk it with ur favorite sauce…And fill it with more different fillings..Of ur choice/taste.
