  1. First wash and soak rice for 10 min keep aside,let's chopped veggie.
  2. Now take a pan add ghee let it heat now add cumin, tezpatta, cloves,elachi saute for 1 min.
  3. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste saute 1min add all veggie and stir fry.
  4. After 4-5min when slightly colour change for veggie.
  5. Add Biryani masala and turmeric powder and soaked rice.
  6. Now add salt,water and lemon juice now cooked for 10 min.
  7. After 10 min off the flame keep aside and rest it for 5 min.serve hot
