- Combine the soy sauce,sugar and oil in a bowl and add the squid.leave to marinated in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Preheat frying pan until hot. Cook the squid in batches if necessary for 1-2 minutes on each side until just cooked
- Place the red onion, mangetout,peas,herbsand squid in a bowl pour.over lime dressing and toss to combine
