Steps to make Vegetable Noodles:
  1. Boil some water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Add the noodles when the water has started to boil.
  2. Wait till the noodles is half cooked. Don't wait till fully cooked, else it will be difficult to saute the noodles in the pan.
  3. Drain the water and wash the noodles with cold water. Keep it aside.

  6. Saute the vegetables in a medium flame for sometime. Add the tomatoes. Again saute it well.

  8. Add the green peas and again cook it well.
  9. Check whether the vegetables are cooked well. If yes uncover the pan, increase the flame and fry them well. Wait till all the moisture from the veggies evaporates.
  10. Add the noodles, add some more salt and little bit of sugar to balance the salt. Saute it well in a medium flame.
  11. Saute it well till the noodles are fried well. Add the black pepper powder.
  12. Mix it well and remove it from the flame. Serve hot.
