- Take 2 cups Broken basmati rice

Instructions to make Rasi Manda Pitha:
- Soak the rice 15 to 20 mins,wash & drain all the water using acolader,
- Put in grinder & grind into fine pwdrn
- Bring the milk& water boil,
- Add saltn cardmom powder,& pepper powder,
- Then add rice flour in a small batches & mix continuously
- So that no lumps are formed,
- Stir mixture in a low flamefor abt 15 mins,
- Till it's takes a softer consistency than the dough use for making rotis,then switch off the flame at this stage,
- Allow thedough to cool down a few degrees till it is tolerable,
- Rub ghee in all over your hands & knead the dough for 5 mins to make it's smother,
- For stuffing:heat a pan add rest ghee followed by the raisins stir for 1 min,
- Add roasted Till grated coconut, jaggery fry for 5 to 6mins hai remove from the stove,
- Take some oil/ ghee over your hand and break small balls out of the dough,
- Flatten out & put some Till, voconut stuffing on it,close & mould into balls,
- Boil water in a idli maker spread some banana leaves over the idli plates,
- Put the balls over it & steam for 20 mins,
- Allow to stand with lid cover for 5 mins,
- Take out the idli vessels,now your Rasi Manda Pitha is ready for eats.
