- Make ready 8-10 garlic flakes
- Take 2 tbsp red chilli powder

Steps to make Kachori Bhel Puri:
- Boil or pressure cook deseeded Khajur, ilmi(tamarind), jaggery together with water. Cool and grind it in mixer jar. Strain and add mentioned spices. Add enough water to make pouring consistency chutney.
- Assemble all mentioned ingredients for green chutney in mixer jar and grind to smooth paste, add enough water to make pouring consistency chutney.
