- Use the oil in the pan to fry other ingredients (pepper, pork, garlic).
- When pork is done, mix tofu and pepper pork together.
- Get another bowl, mix starch with half-bowl water. Add into the pan with 1/2 sugar, 1/2 tsp. soy sauce or fermented soya beans (if you like the taste). Wait until bubbling,
