  5. layer pie pan with swiss first, spinach, ham, more cheese- will mix when egg solution added
  6. add egg solution, stir to mix/ even out
  7. add another layer of cheese (mild), and more ingredients as desired, cheese on top
  8. bake 350 for 45min.
  9. if desired, add more cheese (mild e.g. mozzarella) and put in until melted
