- Get 2-1/2 cup Rice
- Prepare 500 g chicken with bones

- Prepare 1 cup yogurt

- Make ready 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped
- Make ready 1 packet ready made biryani masala

- Take a big pan, add 1/2 cup oil with 1 sliced onion. Stir it until changes its colour
- Now add chicken and ginger garlic paste…stir it for 3-4 minutes

- I am using national biryani masala, you can use any biryani masala you like.
- Add biryani masala and stir for few seconds, do not burn the spices
- Add yogurt,mix and with lid cook it until chicken is nicely tender,for almost 25-30 minutes
- When chicken is tender, bhunnao it until you see oil with sides of the pan
- Now add 4 cups of water. and let it boil…then add rice and cook them on high heat until all extra water evaporates.
- Add fresh chopped coriander and 1 tbsp white vinegar. now with tight lid on cook it for 10 minutes on very low heat
- Biryani pulao is ready - serve it with any yogurt dip you like.
