- Get Cabbage

- Peel outer skin and cut, for 30-40min simmer(that is on low heat because that will still make the beetroot retain considerable amount of nutrients)
- From stove allow to cool then cut into smaller shapes, boil your carrots and peas for 2 min to soften and pour into the diced beetroot.
- In oil(olive preferably) stirfry your chopped onions,garlic peppers and tomatoes for 2 min then add up the spices and seasoning and stirfry for 2 min.
- Add up your beetroot, carrots and peas and stir for 1 min then pour in the cabbage allow to simmer to 2 min and you are done.
