- Remove the steak from the fridge at least 10 minutes before cooking. Remove the excess marinade using tissue.
- Heat the oil in a pan. (I used a cast iron skillet) When the skillet is smoking hot, carefully put the steak in. After a couple of minutes, flip it. Wait until a couple of minutes, then put the steak in a saucer. Let it rest for about five minutes. Do the same with the other steak.
- Cut the steak, and enjoy!
