  1. Prepare Chicken boneless Half kilo
  2. Get 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

  5. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 2 tsp Salt
  7. Take Half Cabbage
  8. Prepare 2 Carrots
  9. Make ready 1 Spring Onion

  11. Make ready 2 Capsicum
  12. Get 1 knorr cube
  13. Take 3 tbsp Cornflour
  14. Get 2 Green Chillies
Steps to make Chicken  Manchurian:
  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut into jullian
  2. Marinate boneless chicken with black pepper and 1 tbsp soya sauce for 20 mins
  3. In a pan take half cup oil add chicken and fry it then add ginger garlic paste and knorr cube and add little water and cook on slow flame till chicken get done
  4. Then add vegetables to it and fry it
  5. Then add 1tsp Red chillie powder, soya sauce, vinegar and salt to it
  6. Then mix corn flour in half cup water and add it
  7. Then add ketchup to it and cook for 6 to 7 mins on slow flame
  8. Mouth watering chicken manchurian ready
  9. Serve with egg fried rice
