- Water should little less bcuz its already soaked and vegetables also leave water.
- Now cook at low flame by covering the utensil
- Check it but don't shake it until small holes not showed and water is all dried up
- Just turn the flame off but keep covering the utensil for proper steam

Take a pan add oil,zeera,sugar mix till the sugar change its colour to brown then add sliced onions mix them then add ginger garlic,green chillies,mint. Sure shot way of making pulav.
