Idli Manchurian has become my recent favorites…. I have tried many manchurian recipes mainly for posting here now making manchurian has become a breeze these days. I have tried South Indian style Chilli idli, Idli fry, Kaima idli even idli upma using left over idli. But Idli Manchurian is the one I wanted to make for long time.

Steps to make Leftover rice Manchurian:
  1. First of all take a bowl add boiled rice, carrot, cabbage and give it a mix.
  2. Now add salt,1 spoon cornflour, maida, ginger garlic chilli paste and mix well to make a dough.
  3. Now make equal sized balls from the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls till golden brown in colour.
  5. Now take another kadhai or pan and add 2 spoons oil to it.then add ginger garlic chilli paste, chopped garlic and saute.
  6. Now add chopped veggies and salt to it.then give a nice mix.
  7. Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce,schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it.
  8. Now take ⅓ cup water and add ½ spoon corn flour.mixvwell and Pour into Kadhai.
  9. Now add manchurian balls to it.
  10. Now mix well and add little water if needed. Then add chopped coriander to it.
  11. Now serve it, it's yummy and spicy.
