- Wash all the veggies and mango nicely
- Chopped tomato, capsicum, cucumber and carrots into desired size or shape
- Take a large bowl and add all these veggies into it
- Chopped spring onions and add into bowl.
- Peel and chopped mango and add into bowl. I preferably used half ripe mango because I like sweet and sour taste if you want you can add fully ripe mango as well. Keep these a side
- Now take a small bowl for dressing and add molasses, honey, lemon juice, crushed black pepper and salt. Mix every thing well and keep a side.
- Now take a serving tray and spread salad leaves around.
- Now just before serving mix dressing mixture into chopped veggies and mango and mix well.
- Now assemble these veggies and mangoes over salad leaves.
- Sprinkle saseme seeds over the top. Sprinkle green onions over the top as well if you want.
- Serve this delicious and healthy salad to your family or friends and enjoy with them
