- Gravy: heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate kadhai, add chopped ginger and garlic and green chillies, saute then add green onions and capsicum… give it a nice stir… then add all the sauces and mix…. add 2 cups water.. bring to boil then add cornflour slurry and bring to boil, then add the fried manchurian and mix and switch of the flame.
