  1. In a mixing bowl add grinded oats.. Than add grated beetroot… And add all above ingredients with water and form a dough.. And let dough rest for 15minutes
  2. Now take a small portion from dough and make a tikki shape than coat it with seesame seeds
  3. Now make all rest of tikki and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes… Now in a pan brush up with oil and shallow fry tikki on medium slow flame and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
