  6. For gravy take some oil in a pan and heat it. Add onion and garlic and let them turn transparent. Now add tomato sauce, green chilli and red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt. If you want to thicken the gravy then you can add 1 tbsp corn flour to it.
  7. Add the potatoes to the gravy. Stir well. Your potato Manchurian is ready to serve
