- Take 3 carrot peel it and grate them. Take small pressure cooker add grated carrot add milk and cook upto 2 whistle. Once pressure cools down open the lid and boil till milk burns and carrot gets mix into it
- Once milk absorbs add sugar cardamom powder khoya and ghee and mix it keep stirring till ghee releases into it.carrot halwa is ready to serve…
- Bottle gourd halwa- grate it add it in a pressure cooker pour milk and cook for 2 whistle. Once pressure cools down open the lid and stir it using spatula. If milk is still there on the flame and cook till milk burns and absorbs into it. Add khoya (mawa) sugar ghee and Cardamom powder and keep stirring till ghee gets release. Bottle gourd halwa is ready to serve.
- For mawa kalakand mithai- here I used homemade khoya which I made from milk malai. Take a pan add khoya sugar Cardamom powder and keep stirring in low flame. Once everything gets mix one creamy and soft texture will foam. Add dry fruits… Mawa mithai, mawa kalakand, ready to serve
- Take a glass pace bottle gourd halwa at the bottom adding dry fruits,then place mawa kalakand in the middle adding dry nuts,at the top place carrot halwa and garnish with dry fruits… Serve warm or chill…
- Note- here I have used khoya if you don't want to use khoya add more ghee. you can use less ghee adding it Because khoya contain ghee
