- Transfer the batter to a steel vessel.
- Heat iron dosa tava and apply coconut oil 1/8 tsp.
- Now take a table spoon of batter and pour on the tava.
- Close the lid. Let it be cook for 1 minute in a medium flame.
- Now flip the other side and let it be cook 15 seconds and remove.
- Fold it and serve in hot.
