- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add grated bottle gourd in it.Cover it with lid and cook on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
- When the water of Lauki totally dries then add sugar in it. Stir continuously. Cover with lid for for few minutes.
- When it becomes a thick consistency add milk powder Mix it well. Add 2 tbsp coconut powder. Cook till it thickens and leaves the sides
- Now add green cardamom powder and dry fruits.Mix well. And switch off the flame. Let it cool.
- Now grease your hands and take some portion of preparation and make the laddus. Take some coconut powder in a plate and roll and cover the laddu with coconut.(this step is optional)
- Decorate with silver verk and serve
