  3. Grind all the ingredients under chutney. With little water to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
  4. Spread dosa batter on hot tawa. Spread chutney on dosa. Apply butter all over the dosa. Roast on a medium flame. Place potato stuffing in centre of dosa.
  5. Fold the dosa as shown apply butter roast nicely after folding.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
