  11. Prepare 2 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  12. Prepare To taste salt
  13. Prepare 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  14. Take 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  15. Get 1 Cheese cube for garnishing
  16. Take 1/2 tsp kasturi methi
  17. Make ready as needed water
  18. Get as needed Refined oil
Instructions to make Goobi Manchurian:
  1. Clean 300gm Gobi and cut into medium size. - Make a batter by adding corn flour,maida, Half table spoon redchilli powder, Half table spoon salt, half table spoon black pepper mix it well.then add Gobi and coat them well.
  2. Take a kadhie add refined oil in it.heat on medium flame.add coated Gobi in it turn golden and crisp.
  3. Heat 4-6 table spoon refined oil in a kadhie/pan when the oil turns hot.add Chopped onion and Chopped capsicum saute them on a high flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, Tomato ketchup,red chilli powder,salt, green chilli sauce, Red chilli sauce, Schezwan chutney mix well. Add half Cup of water cook it for 5-10 minutes.until the sauce thickned. Add black pepper and fried Gobi mix well.
  5. Add half table spoon Kasthuri methi.garnish Gobi Manchurian with cheese. Serve the Gobi Manchurian.
