- Now heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry till pinkish colour,add ginger and garlic till nice aroma comes add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes by covering the lid now add green peas and saute well
- Add all dry spices,salt and stir for seconds now add lauki and cook well for 2 minutes on a low flame add coriander leaves add garam masala or pav bhaji masala lastly if you like lemon add it. Serve hot with parantha naan and tandoori roti.
