  5. Pour 3 cups of hot water, salt and bottle gourd pieces.
  6. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes in medium heat.
  7. When vegetable cooks completely add slitted green chillies.
  8. Cook for few minutes to release flavor of chillies.
  9. Add some chopped coriander leaves, check salt and remove from heat.
  10. Transfer immediately to serving bowls and serve immediately.
