- In a tadka pan, melt the remaining ghee and brown the cashews and raisins for a minute
- Immediately add them in the kheer along with the ghee. Mix well
- Serve hot and yummy lauki ki kheer or refrigerate for 30minutes before serving if you prefer cold kheer.Enjoy!
