  1. Imli ko pani main begho dain. itna pani ke imli begh jai. (Soak Tamarind into water)
  2. 15 mint ke baad ussy chan lain. Or ghuda alagh kar ke pan main dhal daian.(Strain it after 15 minutes and separate the pulp)
  3. Or sath hi namak. Lal mirch powder. Zeera powder. Or Cheni shamil kar dain.(Add salt, CHilli powder, CUmin Powder and sugar)
  4. Ab tez anch pe itna paka lain. Ke ghari Ho jai.(Now cook on high flame till it thicks)
  5. Ghari Ho jai to chula band kar dain or thanda hony dain. Phir bottle main dhal lain. Imli ki chutney ready 😊 (AFter it gets thinck, off flame, make it cool down and save it in bottle for whole month of Ramadan)
