- Imli ko pani main begho dain. itna pani ke imli begh jai. (Soak Tamarind into water)
- 15 mint ke baad ussy chan lain. Or ghuda alagh kar ke pan main dhal daian.(Strain it after 15 minutes and separate the pulp)
- Or sath hi namak. Lal mirch powder. Zeera powder. Or Cheni shamil kar dain.(Add salt, CHilli powder, CUmin Powder and sugar)
- Ab tez anch pe itna paka lain. Ke ghari Ho jai.(Now cook on high flame till it thicks)
- Ghari Ho jai to chula band kar dain or thanda hony dain. Phir bottle main dhal lain. Imli ki chutney ready 😊 (AFter it gets thinck, off flame, make it cool down and save it in bottle for whole month of Ramadan)
