  9. Make ready 1/2 Spring Onion *finely chopped
  10. Get 1/2 Tomato *diced

  4. Place Capellini and Pork in a serving bowl, cover with the sauce and enjoy immediately.

Either would make a fine substitute. Tips: Seasoning the pasta water with salt is very important. As the pasta absorbs the water, when boiling, it will flavor the pasta internally. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
