- Add spinach, and put about 1/4 cub of water in the pan. Cover and let the spinach and other veggies steam cook for about 2 - 3 minutes
- If there is any access water still simply drain or let it cook off. Then use the spices of your liking and give it a good stir!!
- Plate it & top with a sliced hard boiled egg. (this whole combo is going to taste like heaven) :)!!!
