  2. Take a pan, add oil in that. Once oil is hot add mustard, dry red chilli, asfoitida and crushed garlic one by one.
  3. Add chopped pumpkin, bottle gourd and chana dal. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 1/4 cup water.
  4. Cover the pan cooker. Give it five to six whistles. Once it is cool. Open and serve with Bhakhari.
