- Put the breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of milk in a mixie.
- Grind it &make a smooth paste out of it.
- Add this paste to the boiling boil greengourd milk stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook on the low flame& add a pinch of green colour, mix well.Cook until gourd becomes smooth& mix with the milk.
- Switch off the flame & in the serving dish.Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Garnish with cashews & almonds.Serve chilled.
