- Mix all the mirchi and add water and keep for few mins.
- In a pan heat oil and put it on a low flame.
- Add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté on low flame.
- Also add capsicum and cook for 2-3 mins.
- To this also add vinegar, soya Sauce and tomato. You can also add red chilli sauce or red chilli paste.
- Add salt and mix it well. Cook well.
- Now in a bowl take from flour and all water and mix it.
- Now add all the veggies and finally soya bean and cook.
- Serve it hot.
