  1. Whisk egg in a shallow dish and add spices
  2. Cut away excess fat from meat
  3. Coat the meat in the egg mixture
  4. Coat meat with egg mixture in bread crumbs - coat WELL
  5. Cook immediately or refrigerate for 24hrs
  6. To cook: Place frying pan on medium heat with enough vegetable oil to reach halfway up the meat - do not completely submerge
  7. Fry meat in oil on both sides until golden brown
  8. Replace oil after every 7-8 milanesas
