Instructions to make Maggie manchurian:
- Boil 1-1/2 packets of Maggie n crush the remaining half packet. Now add above mentioned chopped veges. Cut some of them in square pieces.
- Add all the above mentioned powdered spices. Add corn flour n mix well. Make a dough.
- Make balls from the dough. Roll them in crushed Maggie.
- Deep fry them in hot oil until the balls get crusty from outside.
- Heat butter n oil. Add kalonji n garlic cloves saute well. Add square cut vegetables. Saute well. Add all the masalas n sauces mentioned above n mix well. Add some water n cook well.
- Add the Maggie balls and mix with sauce. Let the balls coat well. Take them out on plate n garnish with Coriander leaves.
