- Place this bottlegourd in a wok at low flame and let the water dry.Now add gheee and cook it with lid covered for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook till the sugar gets dissolved.add ilaichi powder khoya and food color.
- Mix them well and cook for 5 minutes.add nuts and mix.
- Grease any dish or plate and place all bottlegourd barfi in it.flatten with wooden spoon and decorate with nuts.Let it set for 15 minutes than cut pieces in any shape u desire.Enjoy friend and family
