- Add turmeric, lal mirch, and coriander powder to this concoction and saute it for a minute.
- Add the chopped lauki to this mixture, and saute for a minute or two. Add 1 cup of water and salt as per taste. Mix well.
- Pressure cook the lauki for 6-7 mins or until 4 whistles until the lauki becomes soft and is cooked properly.
- Let the pressure settle down and then open the lid of the cooker. Pour the sabzi into a container. Serve with phulka or rice!
